A: No. You can use as little calling or as much calling as you like.

Q: Are all of the mentioned features included in my monthly fee or do I pay extra for some features?
A: All of Flat Rate Long Distance’s features and enhancements are included in the one low monthly fee.

Q: How do I cancel my account?
A: Either via phone, fax or email. Please refer to our contact page for this information.

Q: How do I pay for these services and what is the cost??
A: We have the ability to bill your local phone bill. For greater flexibility, if you don’t wish to be billed through your phone bill, we can arrange for payment via credit card or we can ACH the amount each month directly from a checking account. For all of our services, we charge a simple fee of $19.95 per month.

Q: IS there a long-term contract?
A: NO! There is no contract and you may cancel services at any time with no further charges by contacting us in writing, via phone, email or fax.

Q: Do I have to pay a fee to switch to your long distance plan?
A: There is no charge for switching to our long distance service plan other than the low monthly fee of $19.95.

Q: Do I have to change my phone number?
A: No, you keep the same phone number you currently have.

Q: If I cancel my service after only one month, do I still get to keep my grocery coupons?
A: Yes. The grocery coupons are yours simply for agreeing to sign up for our services. Even if you cancel services, you keep the coupons.
